School Meals

Here at St Mary’s Primary School we use Aspens Catering Services

They are a ‘Nut Free’ kitchen, however we cannot guarantee all their ingredients have come from ‘Nut Free Sites’. They keep up to date with allergens in foods and comply with the guidelines set by the Food Standards Agency. They cater for vegetarians and children with allergens and intolerances.

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to receive Universal Infant Free School Meals. Orders for hot meals are made via our parent online payment system, Parent Pay. Hot school meals may also be ordered for older children at a cost of £2.80 per meal.

On enrolment, we will provide you with an activation letter so that you can open your account and book meals. There are five meal choices and three pudding choices every day. We will also supply a packed lunch for school trips if booked.

If your child is in Years 3 to 6, they may also be entitled to Free School Meals. Please contact the School Office for more information. If your child is eligible, it is important that you are aware of this and potentially make use of this entitlement.
